Digital Purchases
All digital purchases are final and no refunds or exchanges are offered with the rare exception of damaged files.
Damaged Digital File
If a file is downloaded but can't be opened due to a file error, a request for refund or exchange can be made. An email must be sent to sellfy@randymcneely.com. The subject line must include your order number, the words "DIGITAL PRODUCT ERROR" and either "Refund Request" if you'd like a request or "Product Exchange" if you'd like to exchange for a new file. An explanation of what is happening when trying to open the file must be included in the body of the email and a screen shot of the error attached.
Print on Demand Products - Returns/Exchanges
Each product is custom printed at the time of your order. Therefore, no returns or exchanges are offered for items received that are not damaged in some way.
Damaged Print on Demand Products
If a print on demand item arrives damaged, or has a serious quality issue, you can request a refund or exchange by sending an email to sellfy@randymcneely.com. The subject must contain the order number, the words "Damaged POD Product" and either "Refund Request" or "Replacement Request." The body of the email must include a description of the issue, and an image of the damaged or poor-quality item.
Requested Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Replacement products will be shipped within 3 business days of the received request.
Shipping Restrictions
Customers will pay for the full cost of shipping and these shipping rates will vary by location and the item(s) being shipped. Shipping options will be available in the shopping cart. For further information on shipping, please visit the Sellfy Print on Demand Shipping Page
Sellfy, our fulfilment service, is unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Customers must provide a physical address for delivery.
